Hey guys, always remember to not put a limit on your fitness. You can achieve your goals but it will take some hard work and dedication. Set your goals, create a plan with your coach and never stop growing. Don’t let that self doubt creep in your head and knock you off track.
It’s like wanting to have cake (did I get your attention lol), you can have eggs, milk, flour, and whatever else that you need to make a cake but if you don’t want to take the effort or time to mix the ingredients and throw it in the oven, you’ll still be sitting there without cake.
Figure I would throw a baked good story in here to get my point across. Do work and bake cake might be my new fitness motto.
